Q: How to download files from an external server or file sharing services?
A: Files on these kind of servers are placed in to folders. When you try to download a folder, server starts folder compression process. If files size inside a folder are too big, compression process fails and error will be shown. Usually servers can compress and then download a folder with files inside up to 6gb or 8gb in size. To be able to download large files from these servers you need to enter a folder. Inside a folder you will see compressed files which you can download without restrictions.

Q: How to load a Vmware image properly?
A: First of all, always keep the originally downloaded VM (virtual machine) files (rar, zip etc) as a backup. If a VM is compressed use the appropriate software to extract. If rar use Winrar, if 7z use 7zip, if zip use Winzip etc, wrong extraction may damage it. While loading the image if asked always choose “I moved it“. For a better VM performance, load it from the same hdd or partition. Make sure your hdd has no errors and it’s not fragmented. Run any defragmentation tool to check it as fragmented hdd will not load a VM properly. If hdd is fragmented, VM image may not be loaded at all (stuck in the loading loop), show an error while attempting to load, change image hardware id when loaded or installed software in the image may not work.

Q: Software does not work on Vmware image, why?
A: If installed software requires a specific activation, then any tampering with the image will damage it. Even making image clone will change its hardware id and software activation will get invalid. When image is loaded, do not change anything in preinstalled Windows as it also may change hardware id. Only software itself settings can be changed as it does not effect the image in any way. Autocom 2020 activation in the Vmware image will be invalid if you try any minor Windows modification at all. Do not change time, locale, language, anything at all in the installed Windowns. Only the Autocom itself can be modified through the settings or its firmware can be changed by replacing the files. If you use Autocom 2020 VM, change only it’s language or FW, any other mods may damage it.

Q: I’m getting Vmware image error: The file specified is not a virtual disk?

Q: How to load Virtualbox image?

Q: Virtualbox gives image loading error?
A: Take a close look at the error details, most of the time usb 2 or ram settings need to be lowered on the Virtualbox image. Make sure virtualbox extension pack is installed. Please read VB manual.

Q: What is the best way to download multiple files?
A: We recommend to use the Free Download Manager. In the manager settings choose the folder you need to download your files and set to download 1 file at the time. Then copy and paste to the manager all links you have received for your software and start downloading. With the optimal speed and catch it will download all of your files even if your internet is not stable and keeps disconnecting. Any links with unfinished download will be left in the manager list and the download can be started again.

Q: The download link doesn’t work. What to do?
A: Do not use Edge or Chrome browsers to download the files! After recent (11.2020) these browsers updates a lot of different download links do not work or download is slow. All information traffic goes through Microsoft and Google servers for scanning purpose and some links are not supported and/or are disconnected automatically by their proxy servers. For security and other reasons we strongly advice you to use a Download Manager, Opera, Firefox or any other web browser. If by clicking on the link the download wont start, open link in the new tab or copy the link to another web browser (Hover the mouse over download link text, then click right mouse button and select “copy”. Open a different web browser, hover the mouse pointer over address bar and click right mouse button, then choose and click “paste”).

Q: Download speed is slow or cuts down. What to do?
A: Lately we get heavy traffic and some time our server gets overloaded and even 500mbps speed line can’t help. Please download files one at a time. Also try a different web browser to download the files. We do strongly recommend to use a download manager for better download experience. JDownloader is one of the best, but one of the easiest to use download manager is “Free Download Manager” and you can download it from this link https://www.freedownloadmanager.org/

Q: I don’t know how to install or use a software.
A: We do not teach how to install or use a software. Support can be provided only if software installation error occur!

Q: I don’t know how to open a file.
A: Please read about file extensions and how to open it here below:

Q: No response from support team. How to get help?
A: You have to provide your order number or paypal transaction id when contacting support. We do get a lot of fake customer support requests (50-80%), so if no order number or paypal transaction id is provided your email maybe be ignored.

Q: The archive asks me for a password?
A: We do NOT use passwords on our archives. If you receive a message like “Enter password for the encrypted file”, then it means the file is not complete or is corrupted. If an archive is split in to parts, all parts have to be the same size (except the last one). If one part is incomplete or is corrupted, some archivators may ask for a password, other will show an error. Also if you send a screenshot make sure it’s a full size as a cut down screenshots hides half of needed information. Also make sure you use the appropriate archivator for a file extraction. For a file extension RAR use Winrar (latest version), for 7z use 7zip, for zip use Winzip.

Q: My archive is empty?
A: Archive may look empty, but it’s not. For security reasons some software is converted to ISO format and then it’s compressed. You have to extract the file first to see what kind of file it is. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_file_formats

Q: Download cuts down or fails. What to do?
A: When server gets overloaded, it may cut down some download to preserve the main traffic. If this happens, please wait for an hour or so and start downloading files again one by one. Also you can use a download manager, for automatic download resume and better speed. If you try to download more than 2 files at once, server should cut it down to prevent download abuse. We do recommend to download files one by one with download manager. One of the easiest to use download manager is “Free Download Manager” and you can download it from this link https://www.freedownloadmanager.org/

Q: Compressed file is corrupt, what to do?
A: Update you existing Winrar or 7-zip software to the latest version, clean your pc with Ccleaner (free). Also if there are parts of compressed archive you need to download it all, place it to a separate folder and then extract the first part (the rest will extract automatically). If a part is still corrupted, download it again with different web browser or a Download manager.

Q: How to open an ISO file?
A: Use Daemon tools lite or Virtual Clone Drive (both free) software.

Q: How to extract compressed files?
A: Use Winrar, Winzip or 7-zip software. If archive is split in to parts, download all parts to a single folder and extract the first part (the rest will extract automatically). If archive has rar extension, then use the latest version of Winrar to extract it. If archive extension is 7z, then use 7-zip to extract. If any part of the archive gets corrupted, download that part only and start extraction again.

Q: Provided download link doesn’t work, what to do ?
A: Contact website administrator through the contact form to get a new link.

Please note, non working links will be tested prior any action is made.
Fraudulent and extortionist behavior will be reported to PayPal and E-commerce community. If this happens, your ip address will be added to E-commerce community’s black list database and you won’t be able to shop on the internet anymore!

Q: I have encountered an error while making purchase without registration. Payment was made but can’t access any files?
A: Contact site administrator through the contact form with your order number and all bought links will be sent to your email.
This error may happen when your browser has collected to many cookies. Use Ccleaner (free) to clean all browsers collected junk and to keep your browsing faster and safer.

Q: Can you help me with software installation?
A: No, we can’t. It would be physically impossible to assist every customer as some software require 1 hour or way more for installation. Also the selling price would be four or five times higher just to keep the installation support staff. You can find people on the internet who would install any software through a Teamviewer for 5 or 10 dollars an hour.
